  • You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Subscription Plans:

Payment Terms:

  • Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice

Auto-Renewal:

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You can cancel anytime through your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Upload malicious content or spam
  • Interfere with the service's operation
  • Reverse engineer or copy our content without permission

7. Intellectual Property

  • You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission

8. Service Availability

9. Termination

Upon termination:

Jurisdiction: Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom, except where EU consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or website notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
